97B Authority may provide road accident rescue service

(1) The Authority may provide a road accident rescue service for persons involved in road accidents by the use of brigades which have been specifically approved for that purpose by the Minister under the Emergency Management Act 1986 or the Emergency Management Act 2013.
(2) The Authority may charge for the provision of services under subsection (1) in accordance with the regulations.
