97A Authority may provide rescue and extrication services
The Authority may provide a rescue and extrication service for any person or property endangered as the result of an accident or explosion (other than a road accident) which does not involve the risk or existence of a fire by the use of brigades which have been specifically approved for that purpose by the Minister under the **Emergency Management Act 1986** or the **Emergency Management Act 2013**.
