75 Annual estimate of expenditure and revenue S. 75(1) substituted by No. 58/2012 s. 96, amended by Nos 43/2015 s. 31(1), 16/2025 s. 22(1)(a). (1) For the purposes of enabling the Minister administering the **Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund Act 2012** to determine the levy rate under that Act, the Authority must provide the Minister with an estimate of— (a) the expenditure which may be incurred by the Authority in the execution of this Act during the next financial year (including any amounts payable into any fund under this Act); and (b) the revenue of the Authority during the next financial year (including the amounts payable into any fund under this Act). S. 75(1A) inserted by No. 58/2012 s. 96. (1A) The Authority must provide the Minister with an estimate under subsection (1) by the date specified by the Minister.
