74P Appeals against transfer (1) An appeal against an order of transfer does not, prior to the determination of the appeal, stay the operation of the order. (2) An appeal against an order of transfer can only be made on the ground of hardship. (3) The Commission must disallow an appeal against an order of transfer if it is of the opinion that the transfer was in the best interests of the efficiency of the Authority. (4) In this section ***hardship*** means financial or personal hardship caused to the appellant or the appellant's family by a requirement to move to a location distant from the appellant's home.
