74N Commission powers on appeal

Sections 14 to 16 and 21A of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958, as in force immediately before their repeal, apply in respect of any appeal to the Commission under this Act as if the Commission were a board appointed by the Governor in Council and as if the Commissioner hearing the appeal had the powers of the chairman of a board appointed by the Governor in Council.
