74N Commission powers on appeal Sections 14 to 16 and 21A of the **Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958**, as in force immediately before their repeal, apply in respect of any appeal to the Commission under this Act as if the Commission were a board appointed by the Governor in Council and as if the Commissioner hearing the appeal had the powers of the chairman of a board appointed by the Governor in Council.
