74I Rights of appeal An officer or employee of the Authority appointed pursuant to section 17 (other than a senior employee) may appeal to the Commission against— (a) a suspension or removal imposed on him or her under section 17; or S. 74I(b) amended by No. 77/2000 s. 11. (b) a suspension, removal or penalty imposed by the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Officer under the regulations; or (c) a transfer of him or her other than a transfer for a period not exceeding 6 months; or (d) the promotion of another officer or employee to a vacant position below that of senior employee, to which he or she is eligible to be promoted and for which he or she has applied.
