18A Immunity for officers etc. An officer, member or employee of the Authority (not being a volunteer officer or member), and any officer or employee or class of officers or employees of Fire Rescue Victoria made available to the Authority under section 25B of the **Fire Rescue Victoria Act 1958**, is not subject to any action, liability, claim or demand for any matter or thing done or contract entered into by the Authority if the matter or thing is done or contract is entered into in good faith for the purposes of carrying out a power or duty of the Authority under this Act or the regulations or any other Act or regulations. ss 13, 14.
