13 Expenses of chairperson, deputy chairperson and members S. 13(1) amended by Nos 8813 s. 6(b), 41/2014 s. 4(u). (1) The chairperson, deputy chairperson and other members of the Authority shall be severally entitled to receive from the funds of the Authority such personal and travelling expenses as are prescribed in respect of their attendance at meetings of the Authority and the carrying out of their duties as such chairperson, deputy chairperson and members. (2) The Authority with the approval of the Minister may make all such payments as are necessary to insure the chairperson, deputy chairperson and other members of the Authority against accidents happening to them while travelling to or from or in attendance at the scene of any fire or for any purpose relating to the administration of this Act.
