12 Minutes (1) The Authority shall cause minutes of its proceedings to be kept in the prescribed manner. S. 12(2) amended by Nos 8813 s. 6(a), 41/2014 s. 4(s). (2) Such minutes purporting to be signed by the chairperson or deputy chairperson shall in any court or before any person acting judicially be prima facie evidence of the holding of the meetings and of the making of the decisions or resolutions and of the other matters recorded therein. S. 12A inserted by No. 10149 s. 5(1), amended by No. 41/2014 s. 4(s).
