106 Proof of orders, directions etc. of Authority All orders directions notices and documents whatever purporting to be issued or written by or under the direction of the Authority shall be received as evidence in all courts of law and before all persons acting judicially and shall be deemed to be issued or written by or under the direction of the Authority without further proof unless the contrary is shown.
