103 Fire brigade competitions to be authorized by Authority S. 103(1) amended by Nos 50/1989 s. 3(d), 39/1992 s. 3(c). (1) No fire brigade competition shall be held in the country area of Victoria unless the permission of the Authority has been obtained. (2) Any person who organizes or manages or assists in the organization or management of or takes part in any fire brigade competition held in contravention of the last preceding subsection shall be guilty of an offence against this Act and liable to a penalty of not more than 5 penalty units.
