Tasmania regulation
This Order gives a short title, fixes when it starts (on Gazette notification) and identifies the Council of Law Reporting Act 1990 as the Principal Act. It records that two amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of that Act and notes administrative details (publication format and the administering Department). Mechanically, it does not itself create new regulatory duties or fees; it records commencement and consolidation steps that affect how the authorised Act is cited and consulted (cls 1–5).
