sec.47 Receipt for seized property— Act , s 139
For section 139 (2) (b) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— the name and address of the person from whom the thing was seized; the name of the corrective services facility and where within the corrective services facility the thing was located when the thing was seized; the date and time the thing was seized; the name of the corrective services officer who seized the thing; the estimated value of the thing seized.
