sec.30 Requirement to implement a document
A requirement under this part that the grantee implement a document is a requirement that, when providing the programs or services, the grantee— implement the procedures stated in the document; and comply with the policies or other matters stated in the document.
- (a) implement the procedures stated in the document; and
