sec.26A Apparatus for scanning search and imaging search— Act , s 175A
For section 175A (3) of the Act , an ion scanning device is prescribed. For section 175A (4) of the Act , an x-ray body scanner is prescribed. In this section— x-ray body scanner means an apparatus that uses ionising radiation to produce an x-ray image of a person. s 26A ins 2024 SL No. 72 s 4 (sec.26A-ssec.1) For section 175A (3) of the Act , an ion scanning device is prescribed. (sec.26A-ssec.2) For section 175A (4) of the Act , an x-ray body scanner is prescribed. (sec.26A-ssec.3) In this section— x-ray body scanner means an apparatus that uses ionising radiation to produce an x-ray image of a person.
