sec.21 Establishment— Act , s 149
For section 149 (1) of the Act — each place described in schedule 1 , column 2 is declared to be a prison; and the name assigned to the prison is the name stated opposite the place in schedule 1 , column 1. A plan mentioned in schedule 1 is a plan registered in the department in which the Land Title Act 1994 is administered. (sec.21-ssec.1) For section 149 (1) of the Act — each place described in schedule 1 , column 2 is declared to be a prison; and the name assigned to the prison is the name stated opposite the place in schedule 1 , column 1. (sec.21-ssec.2) A plan mentioned in schedule 1 is a plan registered in the department in which the Land Title Act 1994 is administered.
- (a) each place described in schedule 1 , column 2 is declared to be a prison; and
