sec.14 Purposes for interstate leave permit— Act , s 89
For section 89 (1) of the Act , the purposes are— to enable a prisoner to visit a person with whom the prisoner has had a longstanding personal relationship, if the person is seriously ill; and to enable a prisoner to attend the funeral of a person with whom the prisoner has had a longstanding personal relationship; and to enable a prisoner to do something else for compassionate reasons.

- (b) to enable a prisoner to attend the funeral of a person with whom the prisoner has had a longstanding personal relationship; and
- (c) to enable a prisoner to do something else for compassionate reasons.
