sec.13 Transfer to another corrective services facility or a health institution
A prisoner who is transferred to another corrective services facility or place, under an order made under section 68 (1) of the Act , may make 1 phone call and post 1 letter at the chief executive’s expense. If a prisoner asks for an order for the prisoner’s transfer to be made under section 68 (1) of the Act and the order is not made, the chief executive must tell the prisoner about the decision. (sec.13-ssec.1) A prisoner who is transferred to another corrective services facility or place, under an order made under section 68 (1) of the Act , may make 1 phone call and post 1 letter at the chief executive’s expense. (sec.13-ssec.2) If a prisoner asks for an order for the prisoner’s transfer to be made under section 68 (1) of the Act and the order is not made, the chief executive must tell the prisoner about the decision.
