75 Visits by lawyers to prisoners in prison (1) For the purposes of section 40(1) of the Act, a lawyer acting in the course of the lawyer's practice may enter a prison and visit a prisoner between 8.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. (2) A lawyer visiting a prisoner under section 40(1) of the Act may exchange legal documents, in a format approved by the Secretary, with the prisoner. (3) A prisoner may retain any legal documents exchanged under subregulation (2) with the Governor's permission.
