69 Preliminary steps if prisoner is present at the disciplinary hearing (1) If the prisoner attends the disciplinary hearing— (a) the prisoner must be informed of the procedure for the hearing; and (b) the charge must be read to the prisoner; and (c) the prisoner must be given an opportunity to state the prisoner's plea. (2) The charge must include— (a) the name of the informant; and (b) the details of the charge; and (c) the relevant provisions of the Act or Regulations allegedly contravened.
