139 Transitional provision—parole order Despite the commencement of regulations 112 and 114 of these Regulations, a parole order made and as in force immediately before that commencement continues to apply until— (a) the terms and conditions to which the parole order is subject are varied by the Board; or (b) the parole order is revoked by the Board; or (c) the parole order is cancelled by the Board.
