125 Offence to breach a term or condition of parole—prescribed terms and conditions
For the purposes of section 78A(1) of the Act, the following terms and conditions imposed on a parole order are prescribed—
(a) in the case of a parole order made on and from 28 April 2019 to 31 October 2019—
(i) the mandatory term and condition set out in regulation 111(1)(a), in circumstances where the prisoner breaks any law, in or outside Victoria, by the commission of an offence punishable by imprisonment; and
(ii) the mandatory term and condition set out in regulation 111(1)(h), except in the circumstances where the prisoner is directed to attend at a community corrections centre under regulation 118; and
(iii) the mandatory term and condition set out in regulation 111(1)(i); and
(iv) the terms and conditions set out in regulation 113(1)(a), (e), (f), (g), (i), (j), (m), (n) and (o);
(b) in the case of a parole order made on and from 1 November 2019—
(i) the mandatory term and condition set out in regulation 112(1)(a), in circumstances where the prisoner breaks any law, in or outside Victoria, by the commission of an offence punishable by imprisonment; and
(ii) the mandatory term and condition set out in regulation 112(1)(h); and
(iii) the mandatory term and condition set out in regulation 112(1)(i); and
(iv) the terms and conditions set out in regulation 114(1)(a), (e), (f), (g), (i), (j), (m), (n) and (o).
