120 Revocation of a parole order (1) If the Board revokes a parole order under section 74(2) of the Act (***revocation order***), the Board must give notice of the revocation order in the form of Form 16 of Schedule 2 to the relevant Governor and relevant Regional Manager not later than 7 days after it revoked the order. (2) As soon as possible after receiving or becoming aware of the giving of the notice of the revocation order under subregulation (1), the Governor must ensure that the prisoner whose parole order is revoked is provided with a copy of that notice.
