34A Prescribed offences
[Regulation 34A Inserted by S.R. 2020, No. 84, Applied:16 Dec 2020] For the purposes of the definition of terrorism offence in Division 2A of Part 8 of the Act, the following offences in relation to terrorism are prescribed:
(a) an offence under section 310J of the Crimes Act 1900 of New South Wales;
(b) an offence under section 4B of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 of Victoria.
