96 Application for review of segregation directions (1) A detainee may apply to an adjudicator for a review of the director-general’s directions under any of the following sections: (a) section 90 (Segregation—safety and security); (b) section 91 (Segregation—protective custody); (c) section 92 (Segregation—health). director-general gives the detainee notice of the direction. (3) Subject to any decision by the adjudicator under section 97, the application does not affect the segregation of the detainee under the direction under review.
