94 Segregated detainees removed to NSW
(1) This section applies if both of the following apply to a detainee:
(a) a direction under the Crimes (Sentence Administration)
Act 2005, section 26 (Full-time detention in ACT or NSW) that
the detainee be removed to a NSW correctional centre;
(b) a direction (the ACT direction)—
(i) under this part; or
(ii) under chapter 10 (Discipline) for investigative segregation.
(2) Despite the detainee’s removal to a NSW correctional centre, the
ACT direction—
(a) continues to apply in relation to the detainee, with any necessary
changes, and any change prescribed by regulation; and
(b) subject to this part, ends 3 days after the day the detainee is taken
into custody at the NSW correctional centre.
