87 Management and security—corrections policies and operating procedures (1) Without limiting section 14 (Corrections policies and operating provision for any other matter in relation to the management or security of detainees. (2) The director-general must ensure that a corrections policy or operating procedure makes provision in relation to each the (a) a detainee giving birth; (b) a marriage, civil union or civil partnership of a detainee; (c) the death of a detainee.
