85 Prohibited areas
(1) The director-general may define an area at a correctional centre where
detainees are prohibited (a prohibited area).
(2) The director-general must take reasonable steps to bring each
prohibited area to the attention of detainees, corrections officers and
other people who work at or visit the centre.
(3) Without limiting subsection (1), the director-general must ensure that
notices or signs are prominently displayed at or near each prohibited
area indicating that it is an area where detainees are prohibited.
