83 Work by detainees A regulation may make provision in relation to work by detainees, including provision in relation to any of the following: (a) the kind of work that may be done by detainees; (b) the places where detainees may work, including places outside a correctional centre;
(c) any payment or other return to which detainees are entitled for work done; (d) accounting for any payment or other return credited to detainees for work done.
