76 Register of detainees
(1) The director-general must keep a register containing details of each
detainee at a correctional centre.
(2) The register must include details of the following for each detainee:
(a) full name;
(b) authority for detention;
(c) period of authorised detention;
(d) for a detainee under a sentence of imprisonment—
(i) the sentence, including any element of a combination
sentence; and
(ii) any nonparole period;
(e) current place of detention;
(f) security classification;
(g) case management plan;
(h) sex, including that chosen under section 79 (Transgender and
intersex detainees—sexual identity);
(i) any known condition of the detainee that requires, or is likely to
require, a health service;
(j) anything taken under section 65 (Identification of detainees);
(k) anything else the director-general considers necessary or
appropriate for the proper management of the detainee.
