70 Strip search on admission (1) For an assessment under section 67, the director-general may direct the detainee, orally or in writing, to submit to a strip search. (2) The following provisions apply in relation to the direction and any strip search conducted under the direction: (a) part 9.4 (Searches), other than section 113A, section 113B and section 113C; (b) part 9.5 (Seizing property).
