69 Alcohol and drug tests on admission (1) For an assessment under section 67, the director-general may direct the detainee, orally or in writing, to provide a test sample. (2) Division 9.6.2 (Alcohol and drug testing—detainees) applies in relation to the direction and any sample given under the direction.
