67 Initial assessment
(a) each detainee admitted to a correctional centre is assessed as
soon as practicable to identify any immediate physical or mental
health, or safety or security, risks and needs; and
(b) any risks and needs identified by the assessment are addressed.
(2) In particular, the director-general must ensure that any ongoing risks
and needs are addressed in the detainee’s case management plan.
