41 Clothing (a) sufficient, suitable clothing is provided for detainees; and (b) any particular clothing, including a uniform, issued to detainees is not likely to degrade or humiliate detainees. (2) The director-general must also ensure, as far as practicable, that clothing provided for detainees is clean and hygienic. (3) For chapter 10 (Discipline), this section is taken to provide an entitlement for each detainee in relation to clothing.
