225 Declaration of corresponding corrections law (1) The Minister may declare that a law of a State or another Territory is a corresponding corrections law. (2) The Minister may make the declaration only if satisfied that the law substantially corresponds to this Act or a part of this Act. (3) A declaration is a notifiable instrument.
