22 Health practitioners—non-therapeutic functions
(1) The director-general must appoint a health practitioner to exercise
non-therapeutic functions at each correctional centre.
Note Health practitioner includes a doctor and nurse registered under the
Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (ACT).
(2) In this section:
non-therapeutic function does not include a health service or other
function mentioned in section 21.
