210 Notice to participating States
The director-general must give written notice of an interstate leave
permit given to a full-time detainee, and the period of the permit, to
each of the following:
(a) the corresponding director-general of the participating State to
which the permit applies;
(b) the chief of police (however described) of the participating State
to which the permit applies;
(c) the chief of police (however described) of any other State or
Territory through which the detainee may travel under the
permit.
