200 Notice of disciplinary hearing
(1) The presiding officer for an inquiry must give written notice of a
hearing for the inquiry to each of the following:
(a) the accused to whom the inquiry relates;
(b) the director-general.
(2) The notice must include the following:
(a) a statement about where and when the hearing is to be held;
(b) a statement about the accused’s entitlements under section 201
and section 202.
(3) To remove any doubt, the hearing may be held at the correctional
centre where the accused is detained.
