20 Corrections officers—functions
(1) A corrections officer—
(a) has the functions given to the officer under this Act or any other
territory law; and
(b) is subject to the directions of the director-general in the exercise
of the functions.
(2) The functions of a corrections officer may be limited by—
(a) the instrument appointing the officer; or
(b) written notice given to the officer by the director-general; or
(c) a regulation.
