195 Conduct of disciplinary inquiries
(1) An inquiry must be conducted with as little formality and technicality,
and as quickly as the requirements of this Act and a proper
consideration of the charge allow.
(2) The presiding officer at an inquiry may hold a hearing for the inquiry.
(3) A hearing for an inquiry must be held in accordance with part 11.3.
(4) Proceedings at an inquiry are not open to the public, unless the
presiding officer decides otherwise in a particular case.
(5) A decision of the presiding officer at an inquiry is not invalid only
because of any informality or lack of form.
