179 Review by adjudicator
(1) On application under section 178, an adjudicator may—
(a) conduct an inquiry to review the director-general’s decision; or
(b) refuse to review the director-general’s decision.
(2) If the adjudicator refuses to review the director-general’s decision,
the adjudicator must give the accused prompt written notice of the
refusal, including—
(a) a statement of the reasons for the refusal; and

(b) notice that a person aggrieved by the decision may apply for a
review of the decision under the Administrative Decisions
(Judicial Review) Act 1989.
