178 Application for review by adjudicator (1) An accused may apply to an adjudicator for a review of a decision under section 176 (Director-general’s powers after further inquiry) in relation to the accused. Example of application for review a signed application on the review officer’s notice under section 176 accused is given notice of the director-general’s decision under section 176. (3) Subject to any decision by the adjudicator under section 180, the making of the application does not affect the taking of disciplinary action under the decision under review.
