173 Application for review of inquiry decision (1) An accused may apply to the director-general for a review of a decision by a presiding officer under section 171 in relation to the accused. Example of application for review a signed application on the presiding officer’s notice under section 171 accused is given notice of the decision under section 171. (3) Subject to any decision by the director-general under section 176, the making of the application does not affect the taking of disciplinary action under the decision under review.
