164 Application for review of investigative segregation directions (1) A detainee may apply to an adjudicator for a review of a direction for investigative segregation of the detainee. Investigative segregation Division 10.2.2 person making the direction gives the detainee notice under section 162 of the direction. (3) Subject to any decision by the adjudicator under section 165, the making of the application does not affect the segregation of the detainee under the direction.
