144 Notice of visiting conditions
(1) The director-general must take reasonable steps to bring the visiting
conditions to the attention of visitors at a correctional centre.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the director-general must ensure
that—
(a) a notice is prominently displayed at each entrance to the centre
open to visitors to the effect that visiting conditions apply at the
centre; and
(b) a copy of the visiting conditions is available for inspection on
request by visitors at the centre.
