143 Visiting conditions
(1) The director-general may declare conditions that apply in relation to
visits to a correctional centre.
Examples of conditions declared
1 the times and duration of visits
2 the number of visitors allowed
3 the conditions for conjugal, contact and non-contact visits
4 the circumstances in which visitors may be monitored
5 a prohibition on smoking in nonsmoking areas
(2) A declaration is a disallowable instrument.
