142 Reporting use of force
(1) The director-general must keep a record of any incident involving the
use of force under this part that causes injury or death to anyone.
(2) The record must—
(a) include details of the incident, including the circumstances, the
decision to use force and the force used; and
(b) be available for inspection under chapter 7 (Access to and
inspection of correctional centres).
(3) The director-general must give a copy of the record to the custodial
inspector.
