132 Definitions—drug and test sample
drug—
(a) means—
(i) a controlled drug under the Criminal Code, section 600; or
(ii) a substance prescribed by regulation for this definition; but
(b) does not include any of the following:
(i) a drug lawfully supplied, and taken as prescribed or
directed, by a health practitioner;
(ii) a drug lawfully supplied and self-administered;
(iii) a drug exempted under section 133.
test sample means a sample of breath, saliva, urine, hair, blood, or
anything else prescribed by regulation.
