13 Ministerial directions to director-general
(1) The Minister may give written directions to the director-general about
the exercise of functions under this Act.
Example of direction
a direction to make corrections policies or operating procedures to ensure that
functions are exercised in accordance with a particular decision of the Supreme
Court or a particular finding of a board of inquiry or royal commission
(2) The director-general must comply with a direction under this section.
(3) A direction is a notifiable instrument.
