110 Register of strip and body searches
(1) This section applies in relation to—
(a) a strip search of a detainee; and
(b) a body search of a detainee.
(2) The director-general must keep a register containing the following
details in relation to each search:
(a) the name of the detainee searched;
(b) the reason for the search;

(c) when the search was conducted;
(d) the name of each person present at any time during the search;
(e) details of anything seized during the search;
(f) anything else prescribed by regulation.
(3) The register may contain anything else the director-general considers
relevant.
